NHRA Summit ET Series classes added to July 7th!

We’d like to welcome our NHRA Summit ET racers to our July 7th blowout, Saturday’s format will be a “twofer”, two races in one day for those of you that can find an index or heads up class to fit in during our evening program! Sportsman ET will be ran on Friday night in conjunction with our Friday Frenzy test & tune session, Pro and Super Pro as well as Jr Dragsters will be ran Saturday morning and into the early afternoon.  Eliminations on these classes should be wrapped up or at least to the semi-finals before we dive into our action packed evening program.  For those Summit ET Series competitors that can fit in a class we’re racing with the evening program feel free to stick around and get another chance at running for the money!

$15 thru the gate Friday night, $20 thru the gate all day Saturday, or $30 for a weekend pass, camping is welcomed Friday and Saturday night, power hookups available, VP racing fuel and nitrous fill station on site.

Gates open at 4pm Friday, tech inspection open at 5pm, track hot by 6pm for Friday Frenzy test & tune, time shots at 7pm and 730pm for Sportsman ET, eliminations to start at 8pm and run to completion. Track secure by 11pm unless circumstances dictate we run later.

Gates open at 9am Saturday morning, tech inspection open by 10am, time shots for all Summit ET Series competitors at 11am & 12pm, eliminations to begin no later than 1pm and run to completion. Test & tune for our evening competitors will be open throughout the afternoon, just listen for lane assignments over the PA or by tuning into 97.1FM.

The evening program will start winding up at 4pm where we will call our first round of qualifying to the lanes for all index classes and time shots for the evening Jr Dragster class.  First round qualifying for Pro Mod, No Mod & 5.70 Real Street is yet TBD and is dependent on what time our American Flag wielding parachutists will be joining us so stay tuned! Sunset is scheduled to be 7:53pm so expect the first running of the Jet Car somewhere around there meanwhile eliminations will run into the evening until completion.  See class details below:


Friday July 6th Night

Sportsman/Footbrake ET (Friday Night) – $400 to win on 20 cars, $100 runner up $50 semi finals, $30 entry car & driver, $30 high roller side pot, $10 buy backs first or second round.


Saturday July 7th Morning & Early Afternoon

Pro ET / No Box (Saturday Morning) – $800 to win on 30 cars, $200 runner up, $100 semi finals, $40 entry car & driver, $40 high roller side pot, $20 buy backs first or second round.

Super Pro ET / Box (Saturday Morning) – $1200 to win on 30 cars, $400 r/u, $100 semi finals, $60 entry car & driver, $60 high roller side pot, $30 buy backs first or second round.

Jr Dragster’s Presented by Grumpy’s Diesel – $1000 purse guaranteed, $500 to win + big check & trophy, $150 runner up + trophy, $75 semi finals + trophy, $50 1/4 finalists, $20 buy backs first or second round.


Saturday July 7th Evening

Outlaw Pro Modified – $8000 purse guaranteed paying all 8 spots, no entry fee, driver +3 come in with car.

Door Slammers “No Mods” – $4000 purse guaranteed paying all 8 spots, $250 entry fee, driver +1 comes in with car

5.70 Real Street brought to you by the Real Street Racing Association – $3000 purse guaranteed paying 8 spots, all run field, $100 entry car & driver.

6.0 Heads Up – $2000 purse paying 8 spots based on 20 cars, $100 entry car & driver

7.0 Heads Up – $1500 purse paying 8 spots based on 20 cars, $75 entry car & driver

8.0 Heads Up – $1000 purse paying 8 spots based on 20 cars, $50 entry car & driver
