Saturday June 20th the SNRA Pro Mods bring their 2020 Championship series to Emerald Coast Dragway to join our NHRA Summit ET Series categories.  Racing will be live action all day but the Pro Mods will hit the race track with their first qualifying session around 5-6PM Saturday evening. BE THERE!

The ECD Bracket & Index Bash is in for May 2nd, SNRA Pro-Mods are moved to June 20th!

We held out as long as possible waiting on the glimmer of hope that things would be back to normal for our SNRA Pro-Mod show but it just didn’t work out that way.  The huge price tag of a Pro-Mod operation means racing for big $$$ purses, those big $$$ purses come from packing the stands with fans, without any clear guidance as to whether or not we’re even able to pack the stands or not and time was ticking away with little/no promotion going on while we twiddled our thumbs waiting… we just flat out ran out of time and were forced to postpone to June 20th.

HOWEVER! There’s a huge group of ET and Index competitors chomping at the bit for a place to race and we just so happen to have that place.  Assuming the FL stay at home order is lifted April 30th and we are free and clear to proceed with business as usual, our plans are as follows:

Super Pro / Box
Pro ET / No Box
Sportsman / FB
Junior ET
Motorcycle ET
6.0 Index
6.50 Index
7.0 Index
8.0 Index

Friday May 1st, Friday Frenzy test & tune, gates open by 5PM, track hot 6-11PM. Your race day tech cards and wristbands will get you in the gate and on the track Friday night! Those of you not sticking around for race day normal $15+$10 pricing applies.

Saturday gates open at 9AM, track hot no later than 11 for open shakedowns, to the lanes by class for two rounds of qualifying / time shots by 12PM, eliminations to follow.

$20 at the gate for crew / spectators, drivers entry covered by their race tech card, kids 12 & under free!

Friday Frenzy on April 3rd and the Summit ET Series for Saturday April 4th has been cancelled, the next Summit ET date will be Saturday May 16th. Based on recent guidance it looks like we’ll be “shut down” throughout the rest of April but with the hopes of being able to do something this month we will be taking things week by week instead of wiping the whole month off the schedule so… stay tuned! -ECD

The Emerald Coast Dragway will be closed to all public events for at least the remainder of March. We won’t go into details but there is simply no way around it during this time of madness. We very much hope things go back to normal in the early weeks of April and will advise you all as to when we can operate, as soon as we receive further guidance.
Until that “all clear” message comes through, the only thing we can possibly do at this time is private testing, if anyone’s interested we’d love to test out our new sprayer…. see details here –
